    Workouts only 

    This is for people who feel like they are eating clean, with good amounts of protein and fat, no sugar and limited alcohol who really just need some personalised exercise ideas, for their fitness level, experience and availability of equipment.  You will have 6-8 skype catch ups to discuss how you are going and any problems you are facing.

     

    Workouts and meal plans 

    This is for people who havent mastered the art of eating fat, protein and carbs in harmony. We will give you some examples of how to do it and be organised to cook lunches and snacks. As well as of course personalised exercise ideas, for their fitness level, experience and availability of equipment.  You will have 8 skype catch ups to discuss how you are going and any problems you are facing.

    We have weekly catch ups to chat out everything form food, metabolic type, sugar cravings, what ever you need.
