    Then this workouts is for you! This is a HIIT program designed to help unexperienced people get a feel for a HIIT session in the privacy of their own home. 

    It uses simple movements for maximum results. For a total beginner, this program will last you around 4 weeks depending on frequency you do it. HIIT should be done in conjunction with walking/ jogging.

    You will receive a PDF document with your new workout. The difference between our workouts and other products online is even though you are doing it at home, you are not alone. We offer online support if there is anything you don't understand or need help with for the 4 weeks you are doing this program.
