Online Consultation and Fitness Program Design sounds very formal so let’s call it a Fitness Catch up. We firstly we have a 45 min skype chat about your fitness level, any weight loss concerns and what your personal goals might be. We also discuss diet and lifestyle factors that may need a little tune up.
Then I will design a unique program for you that suits:
• Your schedule
• Your current level of fitness
• Your goals
• Equipment you may have. (Not a worry if you don't have any.)
• Your enjoyment
Before the session I will send you some worksheets including:
• A Food Diary to fill out for a week from which I will make some recommendations.
• A Metabolic Typing Test to help establish the best balance and mix of food for you.
Following this initial session you will receive:
• Your Personalised Exercise Program
• A Stretching Program
• Food recommendations to assist in achieving your goals
Programs are designed to run for 6-12 weeks depending on starting fitness.
Follow up sessions are 30 mins for $45
