    At Stiles Training we have a long history of working with Mums and Bubs so we understand that getting to a trainer isn't always possible. For this reason we have put together a  program of our proven exercises for you to do on the floor at home.
    It starts with the basics of pelvic floor and core control to help make you feel like your body is a partially your own again. Then progress to legs and some upper body strength to help you lift your growing baby.
    We know this is going to help you get moving during your babies naps or play time.
    You will receive a PDF document with your new workout. Then Ill send you a second docment to make sure you're doing the movements correctly. The difference between our workouts and other products online is even though you are doing it at home, you are not alone. We offer online support if there is anything you don't understand or need help with for the 4 weeks you are doing this program.
